Rebecca Callahan is a highly respected mediator, arbitrator, discovery referee, settlement advisor and arbitration consultant with Callahan Dispute Resolution who regularly speaks and writes on various ADR topics and teaches for the American Arbitration Association.  Rebecca will present on how to get the most of your next mediation, including a discussion on mediator selection, advocacy in the context of mediating the litigated dispute, substantive preparation, advocacy techniques that do and do not work to advance the mediation process and/or promote settlement, and why this matters.  Don't miss what is sure to be an interesting and useful presentation.
